Every product sold by PDFGuideNexa is a digital file (PDF) delivered immediately after purchase. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download has been delivered.
Please read the product description carefully before buying so you know exactly what is included.
When we will put things right
We will always replace a purchase, or refund it where a replacement isn't possible, in these cases:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
- You received a different guide from the one you ordered.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The download link never arrived and we are unable to deliver the file to you.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase at danial.attias1@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we'll resolve it as quickly as we can.
Your consumer rights
Some countries give consumers a statutory right to cancel a purchase. Where that right applies to digital content, it is generally lost once the download begins with your consent. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Licence to use the files
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the guide for your own personal use. Reselling, sharing publicly, or redistributing the file is not permitted.
