Buying and delivery
How do I receive my guide?
Straight after checkout you'll get an email containing your download link, and the same link appears on the order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder — and if it's still missing, email us and we'll resend it.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. All we need is an email address to send the download link and your receipt.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify, the same platform used by millions of stores. Your card details are processed by Shopify's payment provider and are never stored on this site.
The guides themselves
What format are the guides in?
Every guide is a PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer without extra software, and the worksheets are laid out to print cleanly on both A4 and US Letter paper.
How long are they?
Long enough to be useful and short enough to finish. Each guide is built around one problem, with ordered steps and printable worksheets rather than filler chapters.
Can I print it?
Yes — print it as many times as you like for your own personal use. What isn't permitted is reselling the file, sharing it publicly, or redistributing it as your own.
Can I re-download it later?
Your download link stays valid, and if it ever expires or you lose the email, contact us with your order number and we'll send a fresh one.
Refunds and support
Do you offer refunds?
Because every guide is delivered instantly as a digital file, all sales are final and we can't offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If a file is damaged, won't open, you received the wrong guide, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll fix it — usually the same day.
